Returning jewelry is convenient and fast. You can exchange or return jewelry at any Grenardi store. You can also send it back to us via Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel machine using the return code sent to you by the company responsible for delivery. The Omniva parcel machine return code is in the message sent to you. If you received your order in a blue Itella Smartpost parcel machine, then to return it use the same code with which you took out the parcel; if the parcel machine is white, then book a return slot on the Itella Smartpost home page by clicking on LINK.
