    1. DELIVERY OF GOODS
      1. Delivery of goods to Omniva, DPD and Smartposti parcel machines throughout Estonia is free.
      2. A delivery fee will apply for other delivery methods. You have the option to choose the most suitable delivery method for you on the GRENARD website or pick up your purchase from a GRENARD store at no additional charge.
      3. Delivery times are indicated on our website for each type of delivery service provider.
      4. All GRENARD products are insured and you don't have to worry about delivery reliability or other risks.
    2. PROCEDURE OF DELIVERY
      1. The order will be accepted for processing only after the customer has paid for the order in full and selected a delivery method using one of the payment and delivery methods offered on the website.
      2. Please enter the delivery address as accurately as possible in the fields provided for this purpose. Please do not forget to provide the courier with relevant information (door code, office number, name of recipient if you are not the recipient, etc.). Due to an inaccurate address, the delivery time may be longer.
      3. When filling in the delivery address, it is necessary to enter a phone number so that the courier can contact the recipient. The wrong phone number can also cause the delivery time to increase.
      4. Orders received on weekdays between 00:00 and 18:00 are processed and delivered to the courier on the same day.
      5. Orders received after 18:00 on working days are processed and delivered to the courier on the next working day.
      6. If the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed and delivered to the courier on the next working day.
      7. When handing over, the courier has the right to demand the presentation of an identity document (passport or identity card) to confirm the identity of the recipient of the order.
    3. REFUND OF GOODS AND PURCHASE AMOUNT
      1. When concluding a distance contract, i.e. when making a purchase on the website, you as a consumer have the right to use your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving reasons.
      2. The deadline for the right of withdrawal is calculated as follows: in the case of an order for goods, from the date on which the goods are handed over to the consumer; in the case of a single order of several separately delivered goods, from the date on which the last ordered goods are handed over to the consumer; in the case of the delivery of goods consisting of several lots or parts, from the date on which the last lot or part of the ordered goods is handed over to the consumer.
      3. The goods can be returned free of charge to any GRENARD store within 14 days or sent to us via the Omniva, DPD or Smartposti parcel machine using the return code received by the company guaranteeing the delivery (prepaid return), together with the purchase documents and the packaging received upon receipt of the goods. The goods can also be sent by courier to the address Grenardi Estonia OÜ, Grenardi Ülemiste Keskus jewelry salon, Suur-Sõjamäe 4, Tallinn 11415, Estonia, but if you decide to use the courier service, GRENARDI will not cover the postage for sending the goods.
      4. If we receive your returned order in our store, we will send an SMS to the phone number provided on the order confirming the return.
      5. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the goods beyond the intended purpose for checking the goods, for the use of the goods during the withdrawal period contrary to the principle of good faith, and for the reduction of the value, quality and safety of the goods.
      6. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, GRENARDI is obliged to return the money to the same bank account from which the goods were paid for, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after withdrawing from the contract. You must return the goods to us within the same period. GRENARD has the right to demand proof of the return of the goods if the goods have not reached us within this time. If you wish to return a product purchased using an electronic gift card, the refund will be credited to the gift card
    4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DECREASED VALUE OF GOODS
      1. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you have the right to try the product to make sure it meets your needs and wishes without removing or damaging the trial tags. If the tag has been removed upon return, GRENARDI reserves the right to charge the buyer EUR 20.00 for the restoration of the trial tag. Remember that during the exercise of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product only to test it to the same extent as you would have done before buying it in the store.
      2. The buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, if the goods have been used for purposes other than to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. GRENARD has the right to deduct part of the purchase amount in proportion to the discount.
